I am a newbie at fursuiting and cosplaying. I enjoy drawing but too self consious to put up my own artwork. I will probly post some WIP and finished pictures of my fursuits along the way. Hi! I haven't been active because I'm making another costume for an Anime Con this year ^^ I noticed you commented on my Haku (which was really terrible btw) from last year. If you'd like to discuss fursuits you can note me. I'd be happy to help in anyway! I'm a new fursuiter willing to help other new fursuiters with the advice I can give. (and trust me there's plenty of it lol)

this is going for my b-rabbit cosplay because it was easier to do and my haku one i just kind of winged it so it was a disaster:
~Head, Legs, and Feet are sculpted (cut out of) blocks of foam
~I just glue-gunned everything for the head: first I took some thin foam sheets (the kind you can find near the felt doll section in craft stores) and just made a closed cylinder kind of shape to go over my head, cut out eyeholes and a mouth hole. so it kind of made me look like a ghost at halloween or like I had a paper bag on my head (but made of foam). XD then I actually started to make the head shape by cutting foam and glueing it on the outside of the base. fur was just glue-gunned on the top. if you want to know about eyes and mouth and those other things, note me, because this comment is kind of getting long.
~this is craft foam that comes in rolls or slabs used for stuffed animals at craft stores, I got almost all my supplies at Hobby Lobby
~For the feet I took some old shoes I don't use (use tennis shoes if you can) and glued/sculpted pieces of foam on the top.
~for the hands I spread out my fingers REALLY wide and just traced them, make sure to give yourself as much space as possible for each finger
this all might sound confusing and i can give you pictures for references if you need them
